When does registration open and close?
Registration will open at the end of May and closes on July 1 at 11:59 PM. Late registration may be available through August 18 based on roster space, but is not guaranteed.
How do I register my player?
All registrations must be completed online through the HYSC registration system. Follow the prompts to select your player’s division, complete forms, and submit payment.
What age group will my player be in?
Age groups are determined using the updated U.S. Soccer school year model (August 1 through July 31 birthdates). Some players may shift divisions based on this change.
An age group chart will be available during registration.
What documents are required?
You will need to upload: (1) Player birth certificate, and (2) Player headshot photo. Please have these ready before starting registration.
Do I need to create a new account?
No. Please use your existing Sports Connect account from previous seasons. Creating a new account may result in missing player history or volunteer certifications.
When do practices and games start?
Practices typically begin in mid-August with games expected to begin in September and run through late November.
Can I request a coach or teammate?
You may submit requests during registration. While we do our best to accommodate them, requests are not guaranteed.
How will I know my player is registered?
You will receive a confirmation email once registration and payment are successfully completed.
Can I volunteer or coach?
Yes. Coaches and volunteers are always needed.
All volunteers must:
- Register through the HYSC system
- Complete required training
- Pass background checks through the US Soccer Learning Center
